TORO Creative was contacted by CarPro to enhance their online experience for their customers as well as their authorized installers. This consisted of overhauling their online catalog to make it easier to navigate while also presenting the products in a more visually appealing way.
CarPro's warranty tracking process was very cumbersome before for authorized installers to track and update customer information. We updated this experience by making it easier for their clients to manage customer information, serial numbers and vehicle information to quickly track CQUARTZ warranty info.
Finally, CarPro utilized TORO Creative's Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to organize this content in such a way that search engines can quickly index and serve the info to users.
